I began oil painting in 2006. Previous to that I dabbled in different art media including print making, water colors, and sculpture. My favorate models are my own felines Josephina and Moses who have inspired me to paint other creatures including birds, dogs, and farm animals.

I have studied fine arts at the University of Minnesota, Loveland Arts Academy and the
Denver Student  Artists League. I have had the privilege to study with
Colorado artists Daniel Edmondson, Lani Vlaanderen and Susan Blackwood.

I am a member of the Colorado Coalition of Artists, the Artist’s Association of Northern Colorado, and   was a participating member of the Art on Mountain gallery and the Poudre River Association of Artists.
I now paint out of studios in Fort Collins and in the mountains of Red Feather Lakes Colorado.
